Travio is an AI travel planner. It helps you build trip itineraries, organise the places you want to visit, receive suggestions from Travio AI, and keep track of an estimated budget for your trip. The Service is a planning tool. It does not, by itself, sell flights, accommodation, tickets, or other travel products.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you must use it in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• access the Service using automated means except as expressly permitted;
• reverse engineer or copy the Service except to the extent the law allows; or
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

Travio AI generates suggestions, routes, timings, and other planning information automatically. This information is provided to help you plan and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Details such as opening hours, prices, availability, travel times, and entry requirements change frequently and are outside our control.

You are responsible for verifying important details with official or primary sources before you rely on them — particularly anything relating to bookings, safety, health, visas, or border requirements. Travio AI suggestions are not professional, legal, medical, or safety advice.

The Travio Budget Planner produces estimated costs based on the information available to it and the choices in your plan. Estimates are for guidance only, are not quotes or offers, and may differ from the actual prices charged by third parties. Always confirm final costs at the point of booking or purchase.

The Service may reference, link to, or display information about third-party venues, attractions, events, and providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, or websites, and including them does not amount to an endorsement. Any dealings you have with a third party are between you and that third party, subject to their own terms.

You keep ownership of the content you add to the Service, such as the places, notes, and plans you create. You grant us the permission we need to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the rights to add it.

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding (such as the Travio name and logo), is owned by Travio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission.

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time. We aim to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, Travio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated suggestions, budget estimates, or third-party information. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
